The staff were fantastically friendly and welcoming and were only too happy to help with recommending places to eat / visit and direct us when we were leaving on the quickest route to the station. The hotel itself was charming, full of character and decorated to a high standard. But what really sets this apart is the people and their attitude and helpfulness. A lovely little find and one I highly recommend to anyone staying in Brighton.

I loved a multi-channel television, a coffee machine, and a seating area in the good-sized room. The bed was large, I slept like a baby.

Lovely hotel and room. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast. Everywhere very modern and spotless
Lovely bedroom, but slightly on small side, and was spoilt a little by the awful view from window. Otherwise everything was perfect.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted with friendliness and helpfulness by the staff. Straight away we were offered a complimentary room upgrade, which gave us a partial side sea view and was a lot bigger than the original room we booked. That was a nice surprise, particularly as it was my partner's birthday. All the staff at the hotel were very helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. The hotel rooms are all decorated with an original theme and really did feel like home from home. Breakfast was lovely with a cold breakfast selection and a cooked to order menu. The location of the hotel was excellent within walking distance to the lanes, pier and main shops and restaurants. I would not heistate in coming back to stay again.

The staff cannot do enough to help. They advise on good places to eat, how to get to the Lanes, and transport to local sights. Additionally, the decor is excellent.

Couple recommended for a cozy stay!
The breakfast selection was excellent, with all the classics like full English and eggs benedict. There was a lovely bar area where we enjoyed a nightcap before heading to bed, it felt cute and relaxed.
It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for, fine by us.

The hotel is immaculately clean, has views of the sea. Very very helpful and efficient people are working. The room is well-appointed and extremely pleasant and essentials you need, including an electric kettle, central heating, and TV, is right there. The breakfast is varied served with good quality ingredients, mainly eggs plus pre-dinner cocktails.

The stay was quite enjoyable, especially with the fine large bathtub and the cozy bed that made settling in so easy. I loved the sauna and jacuzzi for unwinding after a long day. The only thing I'd mention is that the bed creaked a bit, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊
